These terms are the agreement between you and Bombay Baazi. By creating an account or placing a bet you accept them, so please read them.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for real-money gaming in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally permitted to use a service of this kind where you live. You are responsible for knowing your local law. We may refuse, restrict, or close accounts to comply with law or these terms.
One account per person. Accounts are personal — you may not share, sell, or transfer them.
Keep your password secret and your contact details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@bombaybaazi.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access. We verify your email address; some features may require a verified account.
Bombay Baazi runs scheduled shared rounds. Every player bets into the same round and receives one identical result derived from a server seed committed in advance plus a public drand beacon round that had not yet happened when betting was open. Neither we nor anyone else can know or influence a result while betting is live, and every settled round is independently verifiable — see the rules and each round’s verify page.
Betting windows close at the round’s lock time by the server clock. Bets accepted are final; results, payouts, and settlement follow the published payout tables and nothing you submit from your device.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, and any network fee, are shown on the deposit and withdraw pages before you confirm. Deposits are credited after we confirm the on-chain transaction. Withdrawals are reviewed and paid to the address you provide; we may hold or decline a payout where we are required to verify it or where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or abuse.

Gaming should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Please read our Responsible Gaming page for the tools and support available, including how to take a break or self-exclude.
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for continuous, correct operation but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where a round cannot be settled by its deadline it is voided and still-unsettled stakes are refunded, as described in the rules. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the balance in your account.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use Bombay Baazi after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions? Email support@bombaybaazi.xyz.
